Turfgrass industry sounds off in support of responsible pesticide use
Attendees at this year's Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment (RISE) annual meeting in September discussed how turf industry partners and professionals are helping curb people's misunderstanding about turfgrass pesticide use through ongoing education. However, some loud voices that oppose pesticide use continue to get the attention of lawmakers and restrict pesticide use on lawns and golf courses.
