BASF research and demonstrations heat up at FarmLinks
Hello again from FarmLinks. I hope everyone’s summer has gotten off to a good start!
Things have certainly started to heat up in the South….not just the temperatures and humidity, but also BASF’s research and demonstration here at FarmLinks.
BASF is collaborating with FarmLinks to sponsor a summer intern that will be researching ways to implement BASF’s portfolio of solutions to turf managers and bring an enhanced field element to the “Experience at FarmLinks.” At BASF, we are committed to providing new and innovative solutions for an ever changing marketplace in turf and ornamentals. This includes showcasing our products in a real world environment that helps turf managers better understand their key features and benefits.
Welcome summer intern CJ Coy
CJ Coy, a senior at Purdue University studying Turfgrass Management started last month and has brought a lot of enthusiasm into this new role. CJ and I have outlined some interesting projects this summer that range from researching plant health with BASF’s family of Intrinsic™ brand fungicides to identifying the best pre and post strategy in rescue treatments for weed control.

Please stay tuned to future blogs from CJ and I as the summer progresses from down here at FarmLinks, the world’s only research and demonstrations golf course!
